The wife came up big time on Christmas day with my first home brew kit. I have always wanted to make my own beer and never took the plunge. I am now. I have two 2 gallon fermenters to start with. My goal is to start with 2 2 gallon batches at a time to experiment and find out what recipes I like. Once I get the hang of it I will expand to the 6 gallon beasts and get rolling. I hope I need a new fridge for the basement soon. I am brewing an american blonde and a pale ale right now. Very excited to drink my own beer in 30 days.
