I need to work on upper back strength to help with my shoulder stability.  And of course  to build a bigger back. EVERYONE needs a bigger back.

  2. Bent over row 4x10
  3. Shrugs 4x20
  4. The Trio -  pull UPS/  cable rear delts/  t-bar supported row 3 rounds  - zero rest.
