I am super happy with my bench training tonight. Learning to bench in a shirt has been one of the most challenging things I have ever done. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. The biggest key is staying tight.

Feeling confident with my bench and I think my off season training is really paying off.  A couple more sessions before I hit the platform.
