Training alone and getting too much negative results from walking it out, leads to " Anderson's " variation squats. Right above parallel. I was a little nervous how hard it would be on my joints, hips/knees. Everything felt fine till the next few days my shoulder was severely flared up. Then a few days later my left knee was swollen and painful to walk. During the movement everything was good absolutely no "tugging" or  pain. I paid for it but I think its something that will help in the future if utilized correctly.

It felt effective and useful to gain strength back in my hips. Well done.
