Trained dynamic effort box squats with Lily Starobin again. I have been pretty conservative weight wise these past couple weeks since I'm deadlifting only on March 5th. I didn't go any heavier than 235 +100 in chains for doubles.
I ended up hitting 8x2 with that weight.

I spend the next hour or so hitting reverse hypers, ab rollers, seated ab crunches, and seated hamstring curls.

I didn't really keep track of how many sets. Right now everything I'm doing is revolving around my deadlift. After getting some advice from Ted Toalston, I am going to hit one more heavy deadlift day on Wednesday. So, we will see how that goes.

I spent Sunday as the perfect recovery day. For the fist time in forever we didn't have anything to do. My wife and I have a 4 year old girl and another baby girl who will turn 1 at the end of March. Both our families live out of town so there is usually someone in town to see them ( not me). I spent the day napping and eating. Hopefully that will help me as I head into my last tough week of training.
