I'm taking the next 12+ weeks off from strongman events and training primarily for hypertrophy with a slight strength emphasis. I'm in my "off-season" and looking to put on some size over the upcoming months and into next year. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my programming.

Another arm day has come and gone. Strongman Saturday has turned into an arm day. I don't even know who I am anymore? Ha! In all seriousness I'm really enjoying the training. I also measured my arms for the first time in a few years Saturday and they measured just over 18 inches. That used to be a goal of mine years ago. So while it doesn't help my performance, it's pretty sweet.

The volume during this sessions was crazy. It was also a lot of fun. My arms haven't burned or been pumped like this in years.
