Last week I worked up to 775 and didn't go as planned as I stated in my "peak week" blog last week I was sick as fuck. Well, I have risen from the dead, to...well dead, actually. It felt great I was fast off the floor everything was just extra snappy.

Getting closer to the meet everything seems to be coming together finally. I have one more big squat left, and it has been real hit or miss this whole training session.

If I can put together a halfway decent squat something in the low nines, I could put together a decent total PR which seems to be the least of some of these powderlifters primary motivation, but will forever remain mine.
