There is a master plan brewing right now. There have been some changes and more are coming. The plan will cover competition plans, nutrition and training. I am just not ready to talk about it just yet until everything is plugged in and ready to go.

Getting back into the groove with grip work. Did my usual check in on the 2.5. Not too shabby just coming back into training grippers. Next step is getting back to closing it, then closing it consistently and certification. This is going to happen. I can feel it.

The past few days have been so fun on social media seeing all the great things happening at the Arnold. Not to mention all the great selfies and photobombs with Arnold that have been posted by and including many different strength athletes. I decided I did not need to be in Ohio to enjoy Arnold. I can get in on the action any time I choose!
OK, ok. Not even close to being the same as being there, but at least I am there in spirit. Congrats to all of my teammates and fellow athletes for some pretty awesome displays of strength.
