YMCA today.  Today was a good workout.  I hit everything I wanted to and left feeling like I put some work in.  In between lifts i did peck mobs and wall slides for mobility.  After the treadmill I did a bunch of stretches for my lower body. 

Treadmill

25 minutes at 3.5 speed

Core

Stir the pots

3 sets of 10 with 45 seconds each

Assistaance work

Seated Shoulder press with neutral grip

4 sets of 10 up to stack for 12 then 1 more set of 12

Seated row machine

4 sets of 12 up to stack and then 1 more set of 12

Wide grip lat pull dows

3 sets of 10 up to stack

face pulls

5 sets of 15

Machine preacher curl

4 sets of 10

Hammer curls

2 sets of 12 with 50s
