Long day with doctor appointments, clients and working at the hospital, I finally got to train. Some days you just want to train and that's it. After being up for a long, long time I was able to take all that stress and use it!

Back and Arms:

  1. Pull UPS  wide grip40reps in 5 sets
  2. Bent over row/with shrugs 6 sets
  3. Low row wide grip elbows out 4 sets
  4. Rope tricep Ext 4x30
  5. Rolling DB tricep extensions 4x15
  6. Hammer curls 4x20
  7. Machine tricep press 4x20
  8. Machine preacher curl 4x15

No matter how tired I am , I still find the time to train and when I'm there, everything else is gone. Right now my goal is to give myself the opportunity to become better. Be better than yesterday.
