Today was another deload workout. Thanks giving was long and sleeping on different beds wrecks my back. I was glad to get in and out fast. I plan to deload my deadlift/posterior day tomorow and then hitting things again Thursday.
Wide grip pull dows

in between I did mobility work for my shoulders and hips.
