Done. My 45 minutes went quick and I had to go pick up kid #2 from gymnastics. Had a good time last night doing my first full mash beer kit last night. It was only a 1 gallon kit but it was cool. I picked up a 1 gallon kit so I can try smaller batches and experiment. Good times.
