Hit the ymca saturday. I had 2 hours to train while  gymnastics for both kids and private swim lessons for one were happening.  I took advantage and got some stuff done. The wife was doing a swim meet.  She did 5 events and PRed in all of the,

I left the weight room and picked up,both kids from gymnastics.  I put the 3 year old in child watch, and took the  7 year old to her swim lesson.  I went back t the weight room and did this.
