The oldest kid had a swim meet in the am and we had friends over at night so I had to push back this work out from Saturday to Sunday. It was a good day. Laney swam great and I had a good time with the friends. I had a really good time actually and I was dragging into the gym. I got the work in though and headed hem for a nap and to fix my rc helicopter that I broke the day before.
