I am currently in an "off-season" phase focused on putting on some serious bodyweight while still getting stronger. I'm also raising an awesome infant boy, while still working, training and living life. My next competition will be the USS National Championship in late June where I'll be competing in the 220# class.

Saturday’s event day went pretty good overall, although I was feeling “off”. I just pushed through and put in some work. My timing and technique felt off on the axle clean and the press. I had plans of working up to 365 for a single on the axle press out of the rack, but after the way 355 felt I decided to shut it down there.
