Tonight I started to ease back into training. What else would I start with other than the good old squat?

Warm up's

Bar- two sets of ten

135- one set of ten

225- one set of 10

Top Set

315 three sets of five

Accesories 

Pull throughs- five sets of ten

Bent over rows- two sets of fifteen

Dumbbell rows- 1 heavy set of fifteen

Barbell Shrug- two sets of twelve

I did these all so light the bros at the gym felt like real men for once. Just trying to recover from the meet so I can start training again.

I'm feeling really good after my meet which is new for me. I'm excited to get back at it and see what we can do now that we have the blueprint dialed in.
