200 band pull aparts, and 5x5 assisted pull-ups

I do these with a hoodie and sweats on; It seems to be the only way I can get my lats working right.

Wide grip lat pulldowns with tsunami bar, 120 lbs for four sets of 25

Chest supported rows with a plate and a quarter, for four sets of 25

Chest supported DB rows, 30 lbs for two sets of 50

Single arm lat pulldowns 70 lbs for four sets of 25

Back extensions, four sets of 25- I did these for speed.
