My back is still a little tight from the meet this weekend, but overall I feel pretty good. Trying to figure out what meet I want to do next. I definitely plan on doing a raw meet sometime in the next 6 months and I wouldn't mind doing another deadlift only in the Metal Jack Suit so I can hit that 800+ DL.

This week I had no real plan in my training, everyone was benching so I just worked up to 405.

I didn't have a whole lot of motivation, but 405 was easy and I had a good pause. I'm pretty sure my last meet I opened at 400, so I'm pretty happy with where my bench is at right now. I obviously want to keep improving and hit 450 in my next meet, which would be a 20 lb pr.

Accessory work:

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x20 @75 lbs
Cable Tri Pushdowns 5 sets of max reps with 3 drop sets per round..... it was terrible.

Next week I will be back training hard and start preparing for my next full power meet.
