Started with some Lat pull downs with the close grip mag handle

Worked up to a decent weight and did 4 x 25

Seated low rows

found a weight I could get 25 with and did 4 x 25

I don't do this "bb'er" bullshit so I'm not sure what this thing I did is called but it to was lat related. this was 6 set of 15 reps with 30 seconds rest.

one arm DB row's 100 for 4 sets of 15

and probably some other shit I'm forgetting.

 

Hitting the back hard this offseason- this is somewhere I tend to get lazy, fuck lazy.
