Well it looks like the only thing I can do right now for training is benching with my feet up, and some arm/shoulder work.

I am still benching three times per week right now, but now with my feet up and with a flat back. I am discovering just how much my leg drive helps me when I bench.
I've been working up to 185 for 5x5 on my main day and 165 for 5x5 on my light days. I think that once I am healthier and able to use my normal technique, I will have much more strength off the chest. Who knows, maybe injuring my back will make me bench an extra 10kgs?
