On Tuesday I had all kinds of thoughts of extra work. I went from thinking about weight vest lunges to front squats. Then I thought just a little in advance and realized it was a 1's week with AMRAP. It really is crazy how much I true to undo myself. I mean extra work is one thing, but front squats. I have only done them once or twice in the last five years. Nothing good would have come from it.
So Vincent gets a gold star this week for not going completely mental. Otherwise this was just a normal week of training. I did a little extra conditioning to prepare for Thanksgiving. I got my weight down to a new low of 246.5. At least I will mitigate the damage. Thanksgiving will be a no calorie counting day.
