My ROM is not near where I need or want it to be so a trip to see Dr. Ken Kinakin was in order. He is a miracle worker, he took my shoulder, my pec, my bicep, my scapula and made them work like they are supposed too, amazing. Looking forward to my next training session now.

Presses 2 mins
Compounds x 5 reps 2 min set
Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat
Compounds x 7 reps 3 Min 30 Sec set
Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat
Squat Combo
30 Sec Drop Squat / 30 Sec sumo / 30 Sec Swing Squat
Swing / Snatch or Swing/ Highpull Combo 2 Mins
Chains x 2 Mins Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat
Bent Over Rows 20/20
I wasn't feeling this training tonight, shoulder was tight, ROM wasn't what it has been so off I went to see Dr. Kinakin. Tomorrows session should be great.
