It was nice training with a partner today, it gave me some extra motivation as well a deadlift P.R. for Carri. Helping people hit P.R. after P.R. is a great feeling. Training with only one arm still gets me down but soon I should be able to start lifting again.

Training in an environment where people really want to get better and improve their technique helps, find the right people and training should be easy ! Super proud of my friend and training partner Carri today as she hit two milestones, one with her deadlift P.R. and one 7 Min set with 16 Kg bell in preparation for the next Kettlebell meet.
