Molly has been a huge help with giving me pointers. I texted her during my training session and this is what she had to say:

"That looks better, more sustainable form when it gets heavy less likely to break down.. that's great volume. Your keeping everything tight when you hit your belly but you get a little loose right off your chest then you tighten back up."

I'm just getting over my cold so it did feel heavy.

Utilizing what I learned at UGGS between Casey and Molly, and being consistent, I'm sure my bench will improve.
