Game plan was 175 for doubles today. Just wasn't feeling it so did singles instead to work on speed and form. Casey learned something from Donnie a while back. Donnie said when he lifts, he just becomes a different person for those 30 seconds. I've never been an angry lifter or very vocal. I'm quiet and internally angry, if anything. He tried to get me out of my element and I just felt awkward. It just isn't me and essentially that's the point. A little yelp or scream to trigger you to be present and attack that weight, to be someone else for those 30 seconds. Something I'm working on because I show up to late to the show. Meaning after I do 100 sets of bench, 101 is the best one.
