Monday bench session

Bench 455 5x2 speed
Pause bench 325 (feet out) 3x5
Fatbell floor press neutral grip 2x20
1/4 dips 3x15
Chest supported row
3x15
Pull ups 3x5
Lat pull downs 2x15

 

Speed with 455 was great. And my technique is feeling pretty solid- partially due to some of the RPR drills. The pause bench was too light, so mid set I put my feet out to eliminate leg drive and that was a better variation.
