My pecs/delt hate me, and that's why I'm back training at a lower percentage. I'm trying to drive home a good grove before I make the final push to the Arnold, get dialed in and heal up and then go balls out, if I blow the wheels off, well I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles-- fuck it.

Last week my delt/pec whatever the fuck was bleeding out felt better, so I pushed it 500x 3- and it looked like a monkey fucking a football. The flip side is it held-- Inspired by Josh morris's dr I figured why not.

This week using my smart brain and not my lower level brain, I stuck to some good solid rep work.
