Bench is finally starting to come around. A couple weeks ago I was feeling good and hit an unplanned 415 for a single - my best comp bench is 430 raw at 220. I'm weighing around 215 right now. The following week I hit 420. The next couple weeks I decided to hit a little more volume in my training. Here was my last bench session.
Bench press:
