Bench has been going poorly. It's not a mental issue, it's not a get hype before you press issue, it's I'm losing strength issue. I reached out to Steve Goggins about programming after the Arnold. There has been no structure to my training. No tracking to compare progress or weaknesses. No strategically planning my accessory work. I addressed this to Casey. He has too much on his plate and I should have taken initiative since the beginning.

Trying not to check out; and will take advantage of the next 4 weeks to stay at least consistent. Goal is still 900+
