Conditioning??? I know, right??! I own a gym, Iron Athlete Spots Performance, and I have an adult strength and conditioning class that I hopped in with. Thankfully, it wasn't too much conditioning that workout.

Bench Press (close grip)
**All sets of bench were followed by 20 battle ropes
2x10 @ 135
2x8 @ 185
2x5 @ 225
2x2 @ 275

The Workout:
200 meter run
10 close grip bench @ 135
20 leg lifts
Farmers walk x50 yards (90 lbs per hand)

x3 rounds

It was actually pretty fun. The run was just short enough that it wasn't bad, I got in a lot of close grip reps, and some extra shoulder work that I need. I think it's a great idea for powerlifters to do some type of "athletic" movements once a week.
