Thursday night I did some light bench just to practice my groove. Nothing much, just a bunch of set of 5 at 95 lbs working on staying really really tight. This week I have been stretching every afternoon at work during my break. Trying to keep my body mobile.  I am 9 days out from the World's right now and getting anxious.
