We were supposed to squat and pull today.  Jphn and I talked for a few minutes and thought.  Why not squat and pull on Thursday this week.  Why not!  I wanted to get some good singles in and work on getting my technique and speed back.

135 for 3 sets of 10

225 for 3

benches felt good. I to get some work in that 90-95% range and get tight with my comp technique.  Doing all the feet up work helped my triceps a bunch but my groove is off.  I cant get it back with 405.  I need to work in this range to get re acclimated where it counts.

CAT

315 for 3 sets of 3

Reverse band dead bench with close grip and high bar.  Worked on speed off chest and the bar at a disadvantaged spot.

245 for 3

325 for 3

425 for 3

DONE

Good workout.  Simple but hard.  I enjoyed the cat work and then going into the dead bench with speed still as the goal.
