Bench day.

being away always makes me stiff.  I did some wall slides peck mobs and push up plus movements prior to hitting the bench.

we then went into the hallway and picked up a free latpulldown from the hallway. The shopping center we are in had another small private gym in it like ours. They left it and said we could have it.   After that I wanted to use it

very happy to hit a overhead pr.  The cig inclines were hard after those. It was a good order change. It Made my triceps work harder. I need to rest up.
