We had a good workout tonight. Things felt off but that what happens when you skip an entire bench week. Last week was a deload and the kids had some extra things going on and I had to move some things around. Bench is going the best right now so it got the axe for the week.

465 for 2, rest 20 seconds, 2 more reps, rest 20 seconds, 1 more rep, rest 20 seconds, 1 last rep.
These reps with the rest pause style are a challenge.

Paused close grip Incline bench with elitefts shoulder saver pad

4 20 second sets with 30 seconds in between sets
I push for tricep and delt work on these and it burns them up.
