John and I decided to hit the gym a day earlier due to some family stuff on both our ends. The kid had swim team so kid 2 went to child wach while me and john got our bench on at the YMCA. To be clear I hate benmching at the YMCA. The benches are awful but else wise I love hitting all the machines for a change of pace.

I really wanted to do militaries but the one rack the YMCA has was full so we settled for inclines off the worse incline ever. In all reality I’m just a premadonna that doesn’t like to use anything that isn’t actually what I use normally. Aside from that this was a great workout. We were in and out in 45 minutes.
