I wanted to push the volume a little more tonight. I did what I set out to do and in the end had a good workout. Delts and triceps had a good one.

Done. Shoulders and triceps feel week but they should be. I have barely trained the past 3 months. I may even start looking on the fed web sites for potential meets.
