I had to implement some of my strategies tonight to work on my leg issues.  Tonight I benched wih my feet up and I went for a  heavy single.  I want to start doing rest pause and cluster sets again and need to establish a training Max in that fashion.  I'll will be going close grip paused and feet up for at least the next two mini cycle.

Standing db press

55s for 10

65s for 10.

Did these with elbows in and Dbs resting on shoulders.  Made them hit triceps hard.

Done.

Simple and making the best with what I can do.
