Slowly figuring this thing out little by little, again. Progress is never linear - we need to reassess, take a few steps back to move forward. Train harder and hopefully smarter.

I can't tell you how many times I've benched 150. It's just a matter of 'perfecting' it. Getting tighter, driving with more force, and eventually pressing more efficiently. 200 has been on my radar for a few years now. I've yet hit that in a meet. Yet is the key word.
