Today was one of those good days where I could train all day.

I had some washed up broken dude at the compound today benching 315 with about 30 reverse bands telling me he'd get more reps than me, so my red shoulder saver pad sets that should have been 315 x 2 x 15 turned into an all out with like 30 reps, I'll be burning fat until February now.
