Today is my birthday!

32 it is! Hoping for big things this year!!

Started it off a with a great training session.

Bench - 225x1.   ^^^ it was fast and easy!

No shoulder pain and it was very explosive.

DB incline press 50x4x10

Giant set:

  1. DB military press 4x15
  2. Push UPS 4x15
  3. Band tricep extensions  4x50

Off to work I go! Only 8 hr shift, better than 12 or. 16 hrs on my birthday!
