Started to warm up on the bench decided before I walked in that 195 for 5x5 was going to be my working sets. Well that's changed since everything felt light and nothing hurt.
Bench sets:
- 135x10
- 185x5
- 205x5
- 225 x10 (PR of 4 reps)
- DB OHP with bands 3x15
- skull crushers 4x10
- rope push downs 3x20
- side laterals 4x15
- pulls ups wide 10x3
- push ups 2 sets till failure
