Started to warm up on the bench decided before I walked in that 195 for 5x5 was going to be my working sets. Well that's changed since everything felt light and nothing hurt.

Bench sets:

  • 135x10
  • 185x5
  • 205x5
  • 225 x10 (PR of 4 reps)
  1. DB OHP with bands 3x15
  2. skull crushers 4x10
  3. rope push downs 3x20
  4. side laterals 4x15
  5. pulls ups wide 10x3
  6. push ups 2 sets till failure
