I felt great going in to this workout but I was training by myself. I've finally had a good training partner again, but he was out of town. I benched with the shoulder saver vs elitefts mini bands doubled over.
- I made a rookie mistake with this setup by myself - I set up in regular bench and now a power rack with adjustable safties incase I missed I wouldn't get pinned there. With the shoulder saver you could easily dump it on to the safties if needed.
