I was doing 5x5 and adding 10 lbs a week for as long as I could 'till I missed a rep. Well, after looking back I accidentally jumped 20 lbs last week, but I added 10 lbs to make 365 for my 5x5 this week. I was feeling pretty unmotivated, so I wasn't too confident. I proved myself right and only got 5 on my first set.

Next week I will go 5x3, and start at 345 lbs and add 10 lbs per week for as long as I can.
