8 Weeks Out from USAPL Cbus Lifting Co. Spring Classic

I've been working on getting into better positioning on bench with my feet flat, and am slowly making progress. I'm also transitioning my secondary bench day (which I've been doing close grip incline bench on) to do some moderate % volume sets via multiple sets of lower reps - so basically a speed day but with a little higher percentages than what I've used in the past. I think the extra frequency of technique work and extra volume with be helpful.
