Still getting used to the increase in volume that I'm not at all used to. It's a lot of heavy reps compared to what I'm used to.

Took my time and warmed up with a ton of face pulls and light tricep pushdowns. Hit the bar for a couple sets and 135-225 for a few sets to get warmed up.

Working sets: (Based off 430 1rm)
60%x8 -265
75%x6 -325
80%x5 -345
85%x3x4 -365
80%x max reps -345 x 11 reps

My goal is always to do better on the max reps set than I did last week if the percentage is the same. I believe next week my heaviest sets are 2x3 @90 percent and a max reps set with 90%.

I have a little bit of biceps tendonitis going on so I didn't go heavy on any of the accessory work since I hae to bench again on Friday.
