Finished the third week of a 9 week bench program (2 days per week). This was the last "easy" week of the program, which is still tough for me, because I'm not used to all the heavy reps. so far, so good though. Next week goes to 90% for 2 sets of 3 and a max reps set of 90%.
Ton of cable tri pushdowns and facepulls to warm up and a handful of light sets
Working sets:
60%x 8 -265lbs
75%x 6 -325lbs
80%x 5 -345lbs
85% x 2x4 -365lbs
80%x max reps: 11 reps -345
80%x max reps: 10 reps -345lbs
Pretty please hitting 345 lbs again for another set of 11 and a set of 10. The 2 sets of 4 with 365lbs also moved really well.
