Just finished week 5 day 1 of my 9 week, 2 day per week bench program. Another successful day with the top sets being 3x3 at 90%. I believe next week goes to 92%.

Bench Press:
60%x8 -265lbs
75%x6 -325lbs
85%x4 -365lbs
90%x3x3 -385lbs
80% -345 max reps x 11 reps

Accessory work:
shrugs 3x20
cable curl 3x15
ab roller 3x10

Felt pretty good today, pec was a little tight. I probably should have spent more time warming up. I'll be sure to stretch and hit the lacrosse ball for a little soft tissue work before I bench again on Friday.
