Just finished up week 6, day 1 of my bench program. 1 more day this week and 2 more weeks before I test to see where I'm at. I'm competing in September in a full power meet and hoping to see a big PR.

60%x8 at 265
75%x6 -325
85%x4 -365
90%x3 -385
92%x Max Reps 395x 4 reps
85%x Max Reps 365x 8 reps
80%x Max Reps 345x 11 reps
My shoulder is bugging me a little bit but I'm really happy with what I hit on my max reps sets, it was exactly what I was shooting for on my first two sets and 1 more on my third.
Accessory Work: (or lack of - I was smoked by the end of the third max reps set)
2x15 over head cable tri extensions
3x10 hanging leg raises
The second day of this week doesn't look too bad, no sets at 92% and only 2 max reps sets at 85% and 80%.
