I've been feeling pretty strong and my bodyweight is up around 226, which is really good for me. I lift at 220 and usually walk around a pound or two lighter than that. I am planning on competing at Lexen December 2nd, so I am hoping to get my bodyweight up a couple more lbs and add some strength. This session my plan was to hit a heavy triple, 385x3 was my PR going in to this workout.

I could have gotten a couple more, but I had no liftoff and no spotter. I didn't want to ruin this PR by humiliating myself by getting stapled on a rep I didn't really need to do.

A few weeks ago I did the same exercise, same set up and 275 was tough. the 315 was a grinder, but an improvement.
