Frustrating start with bench. Couldn't adjust my shirt the right way and I was not getting much out of it. Eventually, it all started to dial in with each rep getting closer touching my chest. Big thank you to Steve and Cody who are members at Union Fitness. Cody used to train with Dave Kirschen. Steve has been lifting for years - bodybuilder turned powerlifter. And probably one of the nicest guys you'll meet.
